The District is governed by a five-member board of directors elected by the public every two years for alternating four year terms.

Board Member

Daral Kennedy has served in the Army National Guard and as deputy sheriff and D.A. Investigator for Fresno County. Throughout his career he has formed and participated in a number of community, political, and religious organizations, including the Christian Discipleship Academy of the Fresno Rescue Mission. In 2006 he became a board member for the Clovis Veterans Memorial District.
