The District is governed by a five-member board of directors elected by the public every two years for alternating four year terms.

Board Vice Chairman

Susan Frantzich joined the CVMD board of directors in 1984. A realtor for 35 years, she also remains involved in the community by serving on board of directors for the Clovis Rodeo and Central California Blood Center. She enjoys spending time with her family, including grandsons Gunnar, Gage, Nial, Caden Chad and granddaughter, McKenzie.
